When to Contact Us
We ask the media to contact us in order to facilitate:

• patient interviews
• staff, physician or volunteer interviews
• any hospital access
• any filming or photography

Hospital Access
All media outlets are required to notify the Director of Communications & Engagment office before entering hospital property. You will be escorted by a staff member while on site.

The media must also notify the Director about filming, photographing or interviewing hospital patients. Written consent is required in this instance, and will be obtained by the Director.

The Director of Communications and Engagement is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For urgent requests please call the switchboard at (705) 526-1300 ext.0 and have the Director paged or contact the Executive Assistant at 526-1300 ext. 5011.
